New Showhouse Launched 27 Sep. Karl Fradgley of Retro Metro Design has created a stunning Showhouse for McInerney Homes' Fionn Laoi development in Ballincollig

The Fionn Laoi development in Ballincollig, co. Cork, is launched on the 27th September 2008 and features 2 very different Showhouses. Mine is the 3 bedroomed option and features a smokey and sexy reflection of urban, high-fashion living teamed with hints at the far east. My brief was to create a look unique in the Showhouse market and one that suggests urban living is very possible in a country setting.

The Showhouse is open for viewing Saturdays and Sundays and during the week by appointment
